這添加咖啡與香草豆的燕麥Stout "Vanilla Shake"，酒精度達13%，是Beer Geek系列已發行商品中最高的；代理商更標上10年的保存期限，在在提醒飲用者這瓶啤酒不可小覷。但這款啤酒的誕生，卻完全是出於意外。
原來由於Mikkel的酒譜輸入錯誤，使得Imperial Stout成品中的香草糖含量達原先期望的100倍。但Mikkel仍決定發行這一萬瓶啤酒，只是換上了"Vanilla Shake"這個名字。市場反應也意外良好，是Mikkeller在2013年最受歡迎的啤酒呢！
開瓶時，甜美到幾乎可稱為甜膩的香草奶油香氣撲面而來，很難感受到其他氣息，得倒入杯中，待香草奶油氣息稍散之後，才可察知深色麥芽的葡萄乾、黑櫻桃與榖物香氣。

Mikkeller Beer Geek系列名為"Breakfast"的啤酒，已經是一支燕麥成分幾佔總榖物成分25%，酒精度達7.5%的Oatmeal Stout。那麼，對於更豐盛的"Brunch"，Mikkeller又該放些什麼好料呢？Mikkeller給出的答案，是世界上最貴的咖啡：Kopi Luwak
Kopi luwak是印尼文，說穿了就是麝香貓咖啡。居住於熱帶、亞熱帶林地的麝香貓，會採食咖啡樹的果實。而咖啡果核，也就是我們一般所見的咖啡豆，由於無法被麝香貓的消化系統分解，因此會隨著糞便排出體外。
